Strata Alert® was awarded a grant by the New South Wales Government under the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) scheme. Grants are eligible to applicants that meet a strict criteria and recipients are selected based on merit and, in the opinion of the panel, can best produce an economic benefit to the people of New South Wales. The MVP grants are part of the New South Wales Governments new agenda to make Sydney the start-up capital of Australia, which includes the new Sydney Startup Hub.

The Sydney Startup Hub is the first of its kind in Australia and will be unmatched in the southern hemisphere in terms of its size and density.

About the Sydney Startup Hub

Located at 11-31 York Street in Sydney’s CBD, the Sydney Startup Hub brings together startups, incubators, accelerators and investors in a high-density startup cluster. With more than 17,000sqm of space it accommodates up to 2,500 people over 11 floors.

Connecting entrepreneurs

The Sydney Startup Hub will connect the entire NSW startup community and enable entrepreneurs to more easily tap into skills, ideas, networks and investment.
The community and events space located on level one will be the Sydney Startup Hub’s central point. With a program to be designed in collaboration with the Sydney Startup Hub’s residents and wider startup ecosystem, it will host a range of industry-related events.
Supporting regional entrepreneurs is a priority for Jobs for NSW and we recognise they are essential to the growth of their local communities. The Sydney Startup Hub features a dedicated Regional Landing Pad, with infrastructure to enable regional organisations to connect with the wider startup ecosystem and be part of the Sydney Startup Hub (either remotely or physically).
Strata Alert® together with all other grants recipients, will benefit under the MVP grant scheme having access to ongoing services and the opportunity to reach out and bid for government procurement opportunities.
